What to Bring & What to Expect at the Facility
A little prep goes a long way toward a great class! Here's everything to bring from home and what to know once you arrive at our Groton facility.
High-value treats
3-4 soft, high-value treat varieties your dog enjoys — meaty, stinky, and pinky-nail size or smaller. Most commercial training treats need to be cut down before class, so bring at least 1 cup's worth!
Treat or bait bag
A training treat/bait bag keeps treats within easy reach during class.
Harness or flat collar, and a 6-foot leash
A comfortable harness or an appropriately fitted flat collar, paired with a standard 6-foot leash. Slip leads, prong/pinch collars, and e-collars are not permitted on premises.
Poop bags
Always bring some along for outside cleanup.
Notebook and pen
Optional, but handy if you'd like to take notes during class.
